Computer’s Fan Speeds
If your computer’s running a little loud for your tastes, it’s probably because your fans are running at full speed—even if they don’t need to be. There are a lot of ways to regulate those fans, many of which are completely free.  Here are a few ways to manage your fan’s speed so they’re keeping your computer cool when they’re necessary and silent when they’re not.

Altrernate Shoe Laces
Shoelaces have been in use for thousands of years but now they are also used for reducing pain in feet. If your shoes rub the tops of your feet, your toes feel too restricted, the shoe feels too tight on the top of your feet, or your heels slip up and down you may find that using an alternate shoe lacing method will reduce pain. The included laces have almost no stretch to them.  Depending on where the pain is on your foot and how it's manifesting itself, you can try a variety of shoe lace techniques to relieve pressure on the problem spot and, hopefully, alleviate the problem.
